  1. Drink about 1.8-2 liters of water a day
  2. Eat the RAINBOW (green, orange, yellow, red, purple), a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables daily, ideally 5-9 servings daily.
  3. Drink a organic veggie juice daily
  4. Avoid all artificial sweeteners
  5. Avoid toxic oils (partially hydrogenated or hydrogenated oils)
  6. Avoid white/refined flours & all breads
  7. Consume good quality Omega oils
  8. Choose stevia, avoid sugar
