'Spark Your Energy' Green Juice

Makes two, 16oz glasses

Ingredients
1/4 cup parsley
2 green apples, peeled and cored
1 cup spinach
1 large kale leaf
2 celery stalks
1 inch cut section of Wheat grass
1/2 cucumber (3″ section)
½ lemon (with rind)
2” ginger root
4″ turmeric root
1.5 cups water
1 cup ice

Juice Recipes

Instructions

Process all ingredients in a juicer or blend in a Vitamix. If using a Vitamix, strain small batches of juice in a sieve, use a spoon to press down on juice ingredients to release more nutrients. Strain ¾ or all of the juice for a smoother consistency. If using a juicer, water can be reduced to make two, 16 oz glasses. Juice can be made a day ahead.
