I promised I had a special gluten free recipe to share, and at last, the hungry wait is over!  A Spark Health favorite recipe!

Coconut Flour Bread

  1. 3/4 cup coconut flour
  2. 1/3 cup ground chia seed
  3. 3/4 cup ghee, plus extra for greasing the pan
  4. 6 eggs
  5. 1 tablespoon honey
  6. 1/2 teaspoon unrefined sea salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine chia seed, coconut flour, ghee, eggs, honey and 1/2 teaspoon unrefined sea salt together.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together until they form a smooth dough with no clumps.
  4. Grease a loaf pan.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the loaf pan, and bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
