The benefits of bone both are nothing short of amazing.  It has been sought of as both food and medicine since ancient times.  Bone broth gelatin is a digestive aid and the natural amino acids support the body’s natural detoxification process.  The nutrients and protein in bone broth are well absorbed into the body and support the growth and repair of connective tissues on the body.  This includes bones, skin, blood vessels, and joints.   Bone broth is great for soups, sauces, or to easily drink.  Perfect for winter time or illness.   It’s important to have bone from grass fed animals.  Never exposed to hormones, antibiotics, GMOs, pesticides, and chemicals.  The nutritional benefits from the bones come from the marrow.  Skin on the bones is a rich source of collagen for our skin.  If you choose to make your own bone broth, use a cast iron pot, rather than aluminum.   Drink up and enjoy the natural health benefits of bone broth!
