  1. 1 honey crisp apple, peeled, seeded, and quartered
  2. 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  3. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  4. Pinch of nutmeg powder
  5. 3/4 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  6. 1 tablespoon raw honey
  7. 1 cup ice
  8. Toppings: Hemp seeds, ground cinnamon
  1. Combine all ingredients in a Vitamix or blender, and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
