Apple Spiced Smoothie

- 1 honey crisp apple, peeled, seeded, and quartered
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- Pinch of nutmeg powder
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 cup ice
- Toppings: Hemp seeds, ground cinnamon
- Combine all ingredients in a Vitamix or blender, and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
